Jessica Capaz McCarthy is a creative director and strategic advisor with over 15 years of experience shaping internationally recognised cultural environments across music, entertainment, hospitality and lifestyle.

She served as Artistic & Music Director at Pacha Group, leading creative direction across its portfolio of clubs, hotels and cultural venues internationally. Her role combined artistic vision with operational leadership, overseeing artist programming, brand development and concept creation — including sound, lighting, visual identity, spatial design and performative arts.

Working closely with artists, agents and management, she directed programming strategy, guided promotional concepts across physical and digital environments, managed budgets and contracts, and led multidisciplinary teams across creative and technical disciplines — mentoring creative teams to work with both vision and rigour, and establishing ways of working that support ideas to develop with structure and coherence. Her work included launching new venues and evolving existing brands, shaping environments that became reference points within contemporary culture.

She now channels this experience through Vyvatra Studio, working with brands, artists and cultural leaders building ventures with intention and long-term cultural value.
